Banco Santander Brasil’s Board of Directors convened on July 26, 2024, to address the resignation of board member José Antonio García Cantera and to approve an Extraordinary General Meeting set for August 30, 2024. The meeting will focus on electing a new board member and confirming the board’s composition. Directors expressed gratitude towards Cantera for his contributions to the bank during his tenure.
