Banco Santander, S.A. has announced that as of July 1, 2024, the total number of voting rights in the company stands at 15,492,427,416. This figure comes after accounting for the 15,494,273,572 ordinary shares issued, each with a single vote, and subtracting the 1,846,156 ordinary shares held in treasury. Shareholders can use this total voting rights count for regulatory disclosures concerning their ownership status.
