Santana Minerals Ltd. is offering shareholders the chance to buy additional shares at a discounted price of A$1.15 each, aiming to raise A$4 million for their Bendigo Ophir Gold Project and working capital. The Share Purchase Plan (SPP), exclusive to eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand, will run from May 3 to June 17, 2024, with no brokerage fees. This move follows a successful A$31.2 million placement to select investors on April 26, 2024.
