Peter Cook, a director of Santana Minerals Limited, has increased his indirect interest in the company through an on-market purchase. Ajava Holdings Pty Ltd, of which Cook is a director and beneficial owner, acquired 350,000 Ordinary Shares for a total consideration of $399,244.50, bringing its total holding to 2,240,310 Ordinary Shares, in addition to existing options.
