Sanergy Group Limited has announced a voluntary share disposal by its controlling shareholder, Otautahi Capital Inc., which has sold 32 million shares, reducing its stake from 65.45% to 62.28%. Despite this change, the company affirms it has maintained the required public float for its shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The transaction was completed on May 20, 2024.
