Sandon Capital Investments Limited is set to acquire Carbon Conscious Investments Ltd through a conditional off-market takeover offer, with each share priced at $0.0667, valuing CCIL at around $11.6 million. CCIL shareholders will have the chance to sell their otherwise illiquid shares, with the offer contingent upon a minimum 50.1% acceptance and meeting other conditions. The CCIL board, advised by an Independent Board Committee, recommends acceptance of the offer to its shareholders, pending a favorable independent expert report.
