Sanatana Resources Secures Funding for Exploration

Sanatana Resources (TSE:STA) has released an update.

Sanatana Resources Inc. has successfully closed the first tranche of its private placement, raising a total of $811,650 through the sale of flow-through and non-flow-through units. The funds are earmarked for exploration at the Oweegee Dome Project in British Columbia, with a portion set aside for general expenses. The company also paid finders’ fees and issued compensation warrants as part of the transaction.
