Sanatana Resources Finalizes Funding Tranche

Sanatana Resources (TSE:STA) has released an update.

Sanatana Resources Inc. has successfully completed the third tranche of its private placement, raising $787,200 through the sale of flow-through and non-flow-through units. The funds will support exploration activities at the Oweegee Dome Project in British Columbia, with a portion allocated for general expenses. The company, listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, also issued compensation warrants as part of its finder’s fee agreements.
