Sanatana Resources Inc. has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry dates of nearly 10 million share purchase warrants, originally issued through various private placements. The warrants, which allow holders to buy company shares at $0.20, will now expire between October 26, 2024, and December 1, 2024, without the need for warrant holders to take any action. This extension includes warrants held by ‘related parties,’ but is in compliance with regulatory guidelines as they do not exceed 25% of the company’s market capitalization.
