San Leon Energy, an oil and gas company with a focus on Nigeria, has successfully adjourned the winding up petition for its subsidiary, San Leon ELI Limited, by Ocean Pearl Maritime SA until July 2024. The company remains committed to defending against the petition and is working to complete the acquisition of a 13.5% interest in Energy Link Infrastructure (Malta) Limited.
