Samsonite International S.A. has announced an ordinary cash dividend of USD 0.1026 per share for the year ended December 31, 2023, to be paid in HKD at the rate of USD 1 : HKD 7.7805. Shareholders will receive the dividend on July 16, 2024, after a 15% Luxembourg withholding tax deduction. The announcement updates previous information based on the finalized number of issued shares and the approved exchange rate.
