Salazar Resources (TSE:SRL) has released an update.
Adventus Mining Corporation and Salazar Resources have announced receiving key permits for their Curipamba – El Domo project in Ecuador, allowing them to proceed with construction. However, the project faces a legal challenge alleging non-compliance with the environmental consultation process, which the companies are confident will be refuted. Meanwhile, Adventus is moving forward with an acquisition agreement with Silvercorp Metals, pending shareholder approval.
