Compagnie de Saint-Gobain has completed the sale of its PAM Building pipes subsidiary to Aldebaran, a French institutional investment fund. This strategic divestment aligns with Saint-Gobain’s ‘Grow & Impact’ plan, optimizing its business profile while enhancing its focus on sustainable construction solutions. The PAM Building unit, which had revenues of €110 million in 2023, operates production plants in France and the UK.
