SAITECH Global (SAI) has released an update.
Ian Zou has stepped down as Chief Financial Officer of SAI.TECH Global Corporation for personal reasons, effective immediately on July 19, 2024. The CEO, Mr. Risheng Li, will assume the role provisionally until a new CFO is appointed. Zou’s departure is not due to any disputes over company operations or practices.
