Sagicor Financial Company Ltd. reported successful results from its annual shareholders’ meeting with over 50% of outstanding shares represented. The company expressed gratitude for shareholder participation and welcomed Cathleen McLaughlin, a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience, to their Board of Directors. All 15 director nominees were elected with an overwhelming majority of votes in their favor.
