Sagicor Financial Company Ltd. has priced a C$250 million private placement of senior unsecured notes with a 6.359% interest rate, set to mature in 2029. Slated to close on June 20, 2024, the funds raised from this offering will be used to repay existing term loan facilities and associated costs related to the acquisition of ivari. Offered exclusively in Canada and not registered under U.S. securities laws, the notes are being handled by a syndicate including National Bank Financial Markets and RBC Capital Markets.
