Sage Group plc has announced that two of its Executive Leadership Team members, Vicki Bradin and Amanda Cusdin, have exercised options under The Sage Save and Share Plan. Bradin acquired 3,435 shares and Cusdin acquired 1,717 shares, both at a price of £5.24 per share, with the transactions taking place on August 20, 2024, outside of a trading venue. This financial move has resulted in Bradin’s total shareholding rising to 86,728 and Cusdin’s to 130,707.
