Sage Group plc has granted options over 1,422,166 ordinary shares to 2,497 employees under The Sage Save and Share Plan, with the potential for exercise between August 2027 and January 2028 at a 20% discounted price of £8.71 per share. The plan was offered to all eligible employees in participating countries, with a cap of £500 per month across all Save and Share plans. Notably, these options represent a mere 0.1327% of the company’s issued share capital as of the grant date.
