Safe and Green Development Corporation has made a strategic move to acquire MyVONIA, a cutting-edge AI technology offering personalized communication without the need for an app or website, accessible solely through text messaging. The deal will be settled with up to 500,000 shares of the company’s stock, dependent on performance milestones. Dr. Axely Congress, the seller, is not only bound by a non-compete agreement but will also stay on board as a consultant to further develop MyVONIA. With the anticipation of closing the deal in the second quarter of 2024, the company also announced that the stock issuance will be exempt from certain registration requirements, emphasizing that the transaction is exclusive and not a public offering.
