SIMEC Atlantis Energy Limited (GB:SAE) has released an update.
SIMEC Atlantis Energy Limited (SAE) has taken a significant step in their ‘Building a Sustainable Future to 2035’ strategy by acquiring full ownership of a 120MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project at Uskmouth. This £65m project is expected to bring in average annual revenues of £12m with EBITDA of £9m, and is slated for connection to the grid in October 2026. The company is gearing up for construction in 2025 and is actively working on financial closure with expert advisers to secure partners and finance for the construction.
