Sacyr SA Capital Increase and Stock Listing

Sacyr SA (ES:SCYR) has released an update.

Sacyr SA has successfully increased its share capital by €17,620,075 through the issuance of 17,620,075 new shares, each with a nominal value of €1, following approval from the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting. These shares have met the necessary requirements for admission to trading and will be listed on the Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, and Valencia stock exchanges as of October 4, 2024.
