Sachem Capital Revamps CFO Compensation, Declares Preferred Stock Dividend

Sachem Capital (SACH) has provided an update.

Sachem Capital Corp. has introduced a new compensation package for its CFO Nicholas M. Marcello, offering a $300,000 annual salary, a one-time $20,000 payment, an annual $125,000 in restricted shares starting in 2025, potential bonuses up to 50% of his salary, and standard company benefits. Additionally, the company announced a dividend of $0.484375 per share on its 7.75% Series A Preferred Stock, scheduled for payment at the end of September 2024 to eligible shareholders.
