Sacgasco Limited has announced that following a general meeting of shareholders, the company will be rebranded as ‘Australian Oil Company Limited’. All resolutions, including the change of name and various share and option issuances, were passed by a majority. The ASX code for the company will also be updated to AOK in the near future.
