Sabre Insurance Executives Boost Shareholdings

Sabre Insurance Group plc (GB:SBRE) has released an update.

Sabre Insurance Group plc has announced that its Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility have increased their shareholdings through the company’s Share Incentive Plan. On July 10, 2024, individuals such as CEO Geoff Carter, Claims Director Trevor Webb, and Chief Actuary Matt Wright each purchased 100 Partnership Shares at 150.16 pence per share and were granted 34 Matching Shares at no cost. These transactions, which took place on the London Stock Exchange, are part of an all-employee trust arrangement sanctioned by HM Revenue and Customs.
