Sabre (SABR) has issued an update.
Ann Bruder will step down as Sabre Corporation’s Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, transitioning out by October 31, 2024. She’ll receive a severance package, including 150% of her annual salary and extended benefits, under certain conditions. Following Bruder, Rochelle Boas, with extensive legal experience at Travelport, LeafLink, and Reorg Research, will take over the role starting October 14, 2024.
