Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – SABESP held its Annual and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meetings on April 25, 2024, entirely online, with a robust shareholder attendance representing over 81% of total voting shares. Key agenda points included the approval of financial statements and management reports for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, the distribution of dividends, and the election of Board and Fiscal Council members. The shareholder meetings also addressed amendments to the company’s bylaws and set the annual compensation for various management and committee roles for the fiscal year 2024.
