The company, listed on the Novo Mercado segment of the B3 stock exchange, is focused on providing sustainable sanitation services throughout São Paulo and potentially abroad. SABESP has an authorized capital increase limit, allowing for the issuance of over 1 billion shares and various financial instruments to support its operations and growth strategy.
