Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo (SABESP) held an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on September 27, 2024, to elect new board members and fiscal council members. The meeting, conducted entirely online, saw the election of nine board members for a two-year term with 58.32% of votes in favor.
