Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – SABESP has announced its distinction as the first publicly listed company to be awarded the B3 Green Equity seal by the B3 stock exchange, recognizing its adherence to premier Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) practices. An assessment by S&P Global Ratings confirmed that all of Sabesp’s annual gross revenue and the majority of its investments and operating expenses are linked to the green economy. This acknowledgment underscores Sabesp’s commitment to sustainability in its operations.
