Sabesp Calls for Digital Shareholders’ Meeting

Companhia De Saneamento (SBS) has released an update.

Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – Sabesp has announced an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled for October 28, 2024, to be conducted online via the Ten Meetings platform. The agenda includes proposed amendments to the company’s Bylaws, specifically changes to the composition and appointment requirements of the Statutory Audit Committee. Shareholders are advised to review the Management Proposal and can obtain additional information or clarification by contacting the Investor Relations Superintendence.
