Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – Sabesp has announced key resolutions from a recent meeting of its Deliberative Council, including the approval of internal regulations and the Regional Basic Sanitation Plan as per federal law. Additionally, the council appointed ARSESP as the regulator for its concession services and agreed to sign a unified concession contract for all municipalities serviced by Sabesp. These strategic moves are aimed at enhancing the company’s governance and operational efficiency in the basic sanitation sector.
