Sabana Shari’ah Compliant Industrial REIT (SG:M1GU) has released an update.
Sabana Industrial REIT has successfully defended its claim against Kleio One-Solution Pte. Ltd., with the court dismissing the defendant’s appeal and upholding orders for payment of outstanding rent and dismissal of the defendant’s counterclaim. The defendant is also required to pay costs to Sabana REIT, which will continue to update shareholders on this matter as per Singapore Exchange regulations.
