Sabana Industrial REIT has won a court case against Kleio One-Solution Pte. Ltd., with the Appellate Division of the High Court upholding orders for payment of outstanding rent and disallowing the defendant’s proposed amendments. The defendant has no further appeal options and must also pay costs to Sabana Industrial REIT for the appeal and previous court orders. Investors are cautioned to seek professional advice and await further updates from the company regarding material developments.
