Sabana Shari’ah Compliant Industrial REIT (SG:M1GU) has released an update.
Sabana Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust has received a requisition notice from a group of unit holders owning more than 10% of the company, calling for an extraordinary general meeting to discuss undisclosed resolutions. The management is currently reviewing the notice with legal counsel and will coordinate with the Trustee regarding the internalization process. Shareholders have been advised to exercise caution in their dealings with the company’s units and await further announcements.
