S4 Capital Plc (GB:SFOR) has released an update.
S4 Capital PLC’s Group Chief Financial Officer, Mary Basterfield, has exercised options over nearly 80,000 shares, immediately selling over 36,000 of them to cover personal tax obligations. The options, granted in December 2021 and vested by December 2023 upon meeting performance criteria, were executed at no cost, while the sale fetched a price of £0.5294 each, totaling £19,214.57. The transactions occurred on the 19th of July, 2024, with the share sale taking place on the London Stock Exchange (XLON).
