Rykadan Capital Limited has announced a rescheduling of their Annual General Meeting (AGM) from September 11, 2024, to September 16, 2024, and has accordingly adjusted the book closure period for share transfers to reflect this change. Shareholders must complete any share transfers by September 10 to be eligible to vote at the rescheduled AGM. All other details from the previous announcement remain unchanged.
