Ryanair Holdings PLC has reported a change in major holdings, with BNP Paribas SA’s voting rights crossing the downward threshold of 5%, now holding a total of 4.90% in voting rights. This change, notified on June 24, 2024, follows the acquisition and disposal of both voting rights and financial instruments. The notification details a decrease in BNP Paribas SA’s direct voting rights attached to shares, as well as through financial instruments like swaps.
