RumbleOn, Inc. has named Tiffany Kice as its new Chief Financial Officer, starting June 24, 2024. Kice brings extensive experience, including previous CFO roles at Pegasus Logistics Group and other firms. Her compensation includes a $385,000 base salary, potential bonuses, and equity awards under the 2017 Stock Incentive Plan. Additionally, Kice has no conflicts of interest with the company’s executives and is set to receive severance benefits under certain conditions. The transition will see Blake Lawson step down from the CFO role on Kice’s start date.
