Rugby Resources Ltd. has successfully completed an oversubscribed private placement, raising $922,000 by issuing 18,440,000 units at $0.05 each, with units comprising a common share and a purchase warrant. The proceeds are earmarked for exploration and general company expenses. Notably, company insiders participated in the placement, with Bryce Roxburgh’s Rowen Company Limited notably increasing their stake.
