Rugby Resources Ltd. announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise CAD$3,000,000 by offering up to 60,000,000 units at $0.05 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and a warrant allowing purchase of additional shares, with proceeds directed towards exploration and general expenses. The offering is subject to regulatory approvals and a hold period for issued securities.
