RS Group Chair Takes Senior Role at CVC Capital

Rs Group Plc (GB:RS1) has released an update.

Rona Fairhead, the Chair of RS Group PLC, has taken on the role of senior independent director at CVC Capital Partners plc following its recent Euronext Amsterdam listing. She will also chair the Risk Committee and serve on the Audit, Nomination, and Remuneration Committees.
