International Distribution Services plc successfully passed all resolutions during its Annual General Meeting, with overwhelming majority support for both ordinary and special resolutions. The company’s shareholders approved critical matters including the adoption of financial reports, Directors’ remuneration policy, and the authority to make share-related decisions. The complete results of the AGM votes are available on the company’s website and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.
