Rotork plc (GB:ROR) has released an update.
Rotork plc has actively executed its share buyback programme by purchasing 103,104 ordinary shares for cancellation, following the shareholder approval at the 2024 Annual General Meeting. This recent transaction is a continuation of the company’s buyback efforts since March 2024, bringing the total number of shares purchased to 7,686,619. The company’s total shares in issue post-settlement will stand at 853,626,594.
