Rotork plc (GB:ROR) has released an update.
Rotork plc has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 110,173 ordinary shares as part of its ongoing share buyback program initiated on 5 March 2024. These transactions are in line with the authority granted by shareholders at the company’s 2024 Annual General Meeting. Following these transactions, Rotork plc will have 854,585,977 Ordinary Shares in issue, with none held in treasury.
