The threshold was reached on June 17th, 2024, and the company now holds a total of 3.000011% of the voting rights, through a combination of ordinary shares and ADRs. This change in significant holdings indicates a potential shift in influence over the company’s decisions and may interest investors tracking corporate governance matters.
