Shareholders unanimously approved the audited financial statements, the re-election of executive directors and an independent non-executive director, as well as the re-appointment of the company’s auditor. Additionally, they granted the directors authority to allot and issue shares, buy-back company shares, and extend existing mandates related to shares.
