Rongzun International Appoints New Non-Executive Director

Rongzun International Holdings Group Limited has appointed Miss Song Ningning as a non-executive director, effective from December 19, 2024. With significant experience in hotel management and public relations, Miss Song is expected to bring valuable strategic insights to the board. Her appointment is for an initial term of three years with a monthly remuneration of US$1,500.
