RONGZUN INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS GROUP LIMITED has announced its board of directors, consisting of an Executive Director Hiroshi Kaneko, who is the CEO, and a Non-executive Director Wang Xue Yan, serving as Chairman. The board also includes three Independent non-executive Directors who are part of three Board committees, each with specific responsibilities in Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination.
