Rome Resources PLC, a tin exploration company focused on the Democratic Republic of Congo, has announced the intended appointment of industry veteran Klaus Eckhof as Non-Executive Chairman. Eckhof, with over 20 years of experience and a significant shareholder in the company, is expected to strengthen the board with his extensive background in mineral exploration and development. The appointment awaits due diligence and regulatory approval, with current Executive Chairman Mark Gasson set to transition to Chief Operating Officer.
