Rome Resources Advances Takeover Talks, Director Resigns

Rome Resources Ltd. (TSE:RMR) has released an update.

Rome Resources Ltd. is currently undergoing a due diligence process for a potential reverse takeover by UK-based Pathfinder Minerals Plc, following their earlier announcement of a non-binding agreement. The company has also reported the resignation of director Mr David Jenkins for personal reasons. Rome Resources is engaged in the Bisie North Tin Project in the DRC, having completed an initial phase of drilling and owning a 51% indirect interest in the project.
